We all got together at our house to celebrate Thanksgiving. It' a really good deal for me. Basically Dot pulls up in the U-Haul with the turkey, stuffing, and veggies. Liz and I pretended to fix our contributions of vegetables, but basically Dot cooked those too when she got here.

There was a ton of appetizers this year to try to counter all the turkey snacking that takes place while it is being carved. It seemed to work because the skin and the turkey was still intact when it was served up. Good job showing restraint Dot and Rosie!! While we all waited for dinner, there was lots of pool playing and watching of football. After eating there was a little bit of napping and more football. Most everyone left, but Liz, Madison, Steven, Dot, and Ken stayed over. We didn't do our usual card playing. Instead we played a game (Apples to Apples), which was a lot of fun. Even Steven did a good job keeping up with us for the late night.
