Mr. Jacob went on the annual neighborhood hunt in the rain on Saturday. We tried to practice Friday night, but he just didn't get what we were doing. He thought it was way more fun to cover his eyes and count than it was to look for plastic eggs in the living room. It was pretty cute, but he was definitely missing the boat on the task.

On Saturday we tried to explain it again to him. We gave him his little basket and off we went. We had to pull them out of their hiding places for him, but he definitely was having fun. Although I think the highlight for him was when he found a golf ball. He got to eat his first jelly bean. Way cute. When we got home we also let him unwrap and eat a couple kisses, too. Poor kid didn't get to eat any of his Halloween candy, so we really had to let him go to town this holiday. Bad thing there, is that every time I get up to sneak myself a bean from the bowl, he comes running around the corner "peez hab some, peez hab some".

Ooooh a golf ball!!	Oh where oh where can those little eggs be?	Mission Accomplished!
